As head of Customer Solutions & Product Management at Kyloe, Gordy is tasked with overseeing the strategic direction of our product development and solutions, driving innovation initiatives, and ensuring the successful execution of product lifecycle management, while fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.


He first joined Kyloe in 2020 as our Product Manager, bringing with him over 15 years of experience in the UK & US Healthcare sectors, across numerous leadership roles in operations, IT & governance. Gordy is focussed on defining and executing our products and solutions, aligning our cross-functional teams, and optimising our solutions to meet your needs and exceed your expectations.


Gordy is based in our Orkney office, but you will often find him on the road gaining first-hand insights into our users’ experience of our products and solutions and ensuring they continue to align with your real-world needs. 


Outside of work, Gordy enjoys family time with his wife, son & daughter here in Orkney. He also spends a lot of his time volunteering with local and international not for profit organisations and is currently the President of the National Model Railroad Association.
