The values that make a Kyloevian

Our shared Kyloe values underpin everything we do, and shape our business as we evolve. They were developed by our Kyloevians, who live them every day, and we look for these qualities in all of our team members.

We work with positivity, supporting our colleagues to bring out the best in each other. We offer encouragement and solutions so that we can collectively come to the best possible outcome.

We take pride and passion in our work. Celebrating progress – from small successes to big wins - is important to us and enables us to keep driving Kyloe to become even better.

While each individual Kyloevian has their strengths, these become far more powerful when collaborating and working as a team.

We aim to create an engaging and inclusive culture that embraces our differences and listens to each others viewpoints and suggestions.

We think about the impact of our actions and treat our clients in the same way that we would wish to be treated ourselves.

To drive long term value, understanding the bigger picture is key. This means we sometimes say "no" and offer guidance to reach a better solution, adapting so that we can do what is best for the client, and deliver a great experience.

When we commit, we deliver

Making commitments that we can't meet isn't our thing. We plan effectively to make sure we can deliver what we say we will.

Challenges are sometimes unavoidable (and they keep things interesting!). We approach these with transparency, communicating quickly and honestly so that we can focus on the solution and keep the work on track.


Responsibility

We are responsible for contributing towards a sustainable future

When making decisions we focus on the long term and consider the wider impact, taking social and environmental responsibility for our actions. 

This includes challenging our existing processes, so that we can make conscious decisions towards a more sustainable future.

Some of the actions we've taken to reduce our impact on the environment so far include:
  • Offering our team to opportunity to take part in an electronic vehicle scheme
  • Providing cutlery and crockery rather than disposable items
  • Recycling things like plastic, cans, paper, tins, cardboard, and batteries
  • Using electricity from 100% renewable sources, energy efficient Air Source heating, and LED lightbulbs, in our HQ
  • Supplying reusable drinking bottles at industry events
  • Supporting our local businesses where we can

Alone, each of these things may feel small, but when combined they can add up to have a big impact.
