Client notice - 19th September

Queen Elizabeth's dignity and sense of duty was an inspiration and we join everyone around the world in mourning a remarkable leader. To enable our team in the UK to pay their respects and reflect, our UK office will be closed on Monday 19th September.

Client support during this time
During the closure, we will be providing client support from 12.00pm - 4.00pm BST. Please be assured that we will continue to monitor for priority issues and act accordingly to ensure minimum disruption. You can continue to request support in the normal way (see below).

This means that responses to support tickets may be slightly longer than normal on Monday 19th September; we thank you for your understanding and patience in any delays you experience.
