James Baker is our VP Service Delivery, with 16 years of experience in recruitment and technology consulting. He began his career in 2008 as a contract IT recruitment consultant before moving into operations for a fast-growing multinational agency, where he managed marketing, systems, and process optimization. It was here when working with Bullhorn, leading a major system evaluation, that he first met Kyloe.

Since joining Kyloe in 2018, James has implemented, configured, and trained on nearly every aspect of Bullhorn for clients in over 30 countries, delivering training to more than 5,000 users. He specializes in helping recruitment teams streamline processes, improve data quality, and get the most from their technology.
