As Kyloe’s Global Marketing and Communications Manager, Lauren is responsible for creating and delivering marketing plans across EMEA, the Americas, and APAC, and leads the marketing team in executing campaigns to drive our business growth.

After leaving the Orkney Islands to pursue a global career in marketing, where she spent time in New York and London, Lauren was ready for a change and joined the Kyloe team at our Kirkwall HQ. With her, she brings over 15 years’ experience in marketing across multiple sectors and regions.

With an interest in marketing technology and innovation, Lauren is constantly exploring new ways to drive efficiency, all while ensuring that campaigns remain aligned with Kyloe’s strategic goals.

In addition to her marketing and comms role, Lauren is passionate about increasing awareness of the variety roles at Kyloe within the Orkney community, and our vision to grow a sustainable and innovative business centred in the islands, showing that you don’t need to be in a large city to enjoy working at a global tech company!

Now she’s back on the island, Lauren enjoys leaving again to visit the ever-growing number of places on her travel wish list!
