A spicy food loving, obstacle racer with a passion for board games, our COO Lee Whitaker brings a new dynamic to the Kyloe board of Directors.

Lee has 19+ years recruitment software experience, starting at Broadbean in its infancy and stepping up in 2006 to be Global Client Services Director. She was with the business on its journey; expanding into Europe, the US and Australia and going through 2 major acquisitions to become the top job posting system globally.

As COO, Lee is responsible for service delivery, technical delivery and is Executive Director for the Australian business. She uses her knowledge and experience in business operations to ensure Kyloe are exceeding customer expectations and delivering their vision of long-term value to the recruitment industry.



Lee is based in Sydney with her film industry husband and teenage son. On the weekends they can be found training for an upcoming Tough Mudder.
