As an Account Manager, Rhys works closely with clients to ensure they get the most from their Kyloe products and solutions. His goal is to ensure that clients and colleagues feel like they can always come to him for help and support when needed. Developing meaningful relationships with clients is something that he really enjoys, and is essential for building trust and ensuring a positive experience.

After previously working as an Account Manager in the insurance industry, Rhys joined Kyloe’s Support team in 2023 prior to moving into Account Management at Kyloe. Here, he gained extensive knowledge of our products and solutions, as well as Bullhorn itself, and supported our clients during their Kyloe journey.
 
Outside of work, Rhys enjoys taking part in different sports such as running, the gym and swimming. He also has a bouncy golden retriever, and trying to tire her out takes up the majority of his spare time.
