With more than 15 years in the recruitment technology space, Josh brings deep industry expertise and a genuine passion for helping staffing firms work smarter. Before joining Kyloe, he held roles at leading recruitment tech providers including Bullhorn, Textkernel, CloudCall, and Sense, giving him a unique, well-rounded understanding of the challenges recruiters face and the tools that help them thrive.

Known for his consultative approach and product knowledge, Josh partners closely with customers to ensure Kyloe Connect delivers measurable value from day one.

Outside of work, Josh is an avid Formula 1 fan, a loyal Arsenal supporter, and enjoys long dog walks with his spaniel, Barney. When he’s not talking recruitment tech, he’s most likely chasing after his two young children - both under two at the time of writing - and embracing full-on dad chaos.
