As a Technical Support Analyst, Adam Elvin ensures clients get the most from our Kyloe solutions by providing expert email, phone, and video call support. By being the first port of call for our clients, Adam reassures them that their issues will be dealt with quickly and efficiently.

With two years of experience in the industry, Adam specialises in assisting clients with our Kyloe solutions for Bullhorn, including; Kyloe AI AssistKyloe AwesomeDocs and Kyloe DataTools. He also helps our clients by troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, providing updates to knowledge base articles and raising feature requests and tickets to improve client experience.
What motivates you in your role?

What motivates me most is the satisfaction of ensuring our clients receive the best possible service from our team. There's nothing quite like the feeling of receiving a 5-star review, knowing that we’ve delivered great service to our clients. I also strive to maintain a solid number of both assigned and resolved tickets, keeping things moving smoothly and efficiently.  

Outside of work, what do you enjoy doing in your free time?


I love staying active, whether it’s dog walking, a game of ping pong at lunch time, football, or playing a computer game, I enjoy mixing things up. And of course, I’m always up for some socialising with friends.

What advice would you give to recruitment companies using Bullhorn to improve their experience?

One key piece of advice would be to regularly clean up your data - keeping it fresh and organised is essential! Ensure that no archived or deleted records linger too long and avoid data duplication. By keeping things tidy, you’ll improve your system's performance and make Bullhorn work even better for you.
