Meet our experts | Brittany Hablitzel

As National Technical Account Manager with experience in staffing since 2017, Brittany Hablitzel brings deep knowledge of Bullhorn and Kyloe solutions to every client interaction. She’s passionate about helping clients maximise their tech investments - whether that’s streamlining daily operations or identifying impactful new tools to support internal and external teams. Brittany knows how important it is that our clients feel they can always rely on Kyloe!
What motivates you in your role?

I get to work with some of the most knowledgeable, interesting people in this industry and build genuine connections with them. Knowing that our clients value my opinion and see me as a true partner to their business is incredibly rewarding!


Outside of work, what do you enjoy doing in your free time?

If I’m not traveling somewhere new, you can often find me exploring a new restaurant in my city, spending time with my friends, catching a live show or tending to my house plants! 


What’s something about you that might surprise our clients or colleagues?

I LOVE karaoke - I’ve got too many go-to songs!


What’s something you’ve learned from working with clients that has had a lasting impact on your approach?

Transparency is foundational in building great relationships. A client would much rather someone be upfront or realistic with them, even when the answer isn’t what they want to hear.


What advice would you give to clients to maximise their experience with Kyloe’s solutions?

Always lean on the team at Kyloe, whether through your account manager, customer support or our solutions team. The only silly question is the one you don’t ask - we’d much rather you get the most out of your solutions than hesitate because you think you should know what to do.
