Moving away from a system that was limiting their growth, Technical Resources made the switch to Bullhorn - bringing better integrations, automation, and analytics with it.
"We were kind of locked in - we couldn't integrate with any other systems very well. It was quite an old system that had a lot of crashes and downtime and we wanted to move to something a bit more up to date and able to integrate with some other programmes that we were looking to make use of."
