Working with global clients as part of my role has really evolved my knowledge
Before Kyloe, I mainly trained clients in the U.S. and U.K. Now I do that PLUS I train clients all over the world. Learning about the needs and challenges organizations around the globe are facing in their industry, and helping to provide them a solution they are excited about has been a great mix of challenging and rewarding.
Stay curious and be willing to learn
At a company like Kyloe everyone’s role is important to the success of the team and sometimes that means wearing different hats, being flexible and exploring unexpected paths. I love that I am continually learning and every project is a new adventure!
